Why is it so difficult to reap the rewards of diversity? What is DEIB and why do we care? And what are the necessary conditions for an inclusive work climate? In this session, you will hear exemplary cases that reveal the multi-dimensionality of the topic and discover underlying psychological mechanisms that provide a starting point to build an inclusive workforce.
