- Identify and understand the similarities and differences between the work of strategists and heart surgeons in areas like decision-making, teamwork & communication, risk management, and acting under pressure.
- Apply theories and frameworks from heart surgery to address real-world strategy management challenges.
- Develop critical thinking and communication skills through case studies and interactive exercises.
